Workshop terms and conditions
Enrollments are not accepted without payment
REFUNDS:
25% cancellation fee if cancellation is made more than one week before workshop commencing
50% cancellation fee is cancellation is made within one week of workshop commencing
100% cancellation fee if cancellation is made within 2 days of workshop commencing
ATYP requests each participant in a workshop season to complete and sign an indemnity form. Forms must be signed by a parent/guardian and returned to ATYP prior to the commencement of their workshop
ATYP reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who poses a disciplinary problem to our teaching artists/staff
ATYP reserves the right to cancel workshops if they do not get a sustainable amount of enrolments. You will be provided with alternatives should this be the case
ATYP does not accept responsibility for personal property left at a venue
ATYP reserves the right to make last minute teaching artist substitutions
Your personal information will be stored in accordance with current privacy legislations
ATYP reserves the right to make archival photographic and/or visual recordings of workshops for inclusion in ATYP archives and for use for ATYP marketing purposes
