Primary & Secondary Workshops
Learning tailored to your students
ATYP’s professional Teaching Artists bring contemporary theatre practice into the classroom through hands-on, curriculum-aligned workshops. Programs can take place at our Pier 2/3 venue, in your school, or live online – giving students anywhere in Australia access to engaging, practical drama learning.
Duration
Workshops can range from two hours to a full day.
Capacity
Maximum of 30 students per workshop.
Cost
Prices start at $550 for a two-hour workshop.

Our Core Workshops
Acting Fundamentals
Students will explore given circumstances, objectives & obstacles and voice & movement.
Comedy / Clowning
Students will explore the importance of rhythm, exercises in comic timing and the creating of comedic characters.
Script Work
Students will explore given circumstances, how to break down & perform a script, and the creation of beats of action.
Music Theatre
Students will explore choreography, acting through song, or a combination of the two.
