Description

This class equips students with intermediate acting and theatre practices. Led by an industry professional, students will focus on script work, devising techniques and investigate valuable elements of theatre. 

Workshop components include:

  • Voice and movement training. 
  • Ensemble building. 
  • Objectives in acting. 
  • Given circumstances. 
  • Character investigation. 
  • Devising and theatre making. 
  • Performance skills. 

The semester concludes with our Open Studio, where students share the work they’ve created and explored in class. From original devised pieces and script work to favourite weekly exercises, this is an opportunity to see their creativity, growth, and collaboration in action.
