Description
This weekly ensemble is designed for our senior classes to delve further into the dramatic process. These classes will equip our senior participants with more sophisticated acting and theatre practices. Learn about the elements of drama, performance styles, acting and devising techniques. Participants will develop and grow skills in collaboration, playwriting, directing and performance.
First term classes will focus on skill development and ensemble work, while the second term gives students a chance to use these skills and work together to devise an ensemble performance. Through rehearsals and performance young artists will gain skills in stagecraft, voice work and performance technique. Guided by an ATYP industry professional these classes will equip participants with the skills and terminology needed as they progress into senior drama and further study.
